This Summerhouse Beach Condo offers stunning beach views from your private balcony, a living room with large sliding glass door offers a breath-taking view of the waves gently crashing on the pure white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Fall asleep in your master bedroom listening to the sound of the surf after a day at the beach and taking in the breath-taking views of sunset. Unit Includes Beach Chairs/umbrella. This tastefully decorated, 2-bedroom 2-bath condo has all the comforts of home with a Master bedroom including a private master bath, a guest bedroom with its own bathroom, and a fully furnished kitchen set up so you may cook in as well as enjoy the local restaurants. Kitchen includes a breakfast bar as additional seating options or for chatting with family while cooking in! Unit has new upgraded, high-speed Wi-Fi that will support all your devices and is more than fast enough for all your streaming services. Wi-Fi is available property-wide with unified access not only in the unit, but throughout the buildings, lobby, pool areas and even out onto the beach. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas rentals, as well as jet ski and Banana Boat Rentals are available. Listen to your favorite music streaming service while getting your tan on one of the prettiest beaches in the Country. Or, if you prefer shade, lounge under the Gazebo and enjoy a sno-cone or snack from the on-property concession stand. Available in the Lobby is a high-speed, color-laser printer for those who may need to work while at the beach, or just to print out your tickets to local activities. Our beautifully landscaped courtyard has two pools (one heated), a kiddie pool and a hot tub. Pool tables and game center are in the lobby for your rainy-day entertainment.   Loved our stay at this condo. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. The patio has a great view of the beach and ocean. The only problem was the beds seemed too soft and were not good for an elderly person's back. The vicinity to the pool was excellent.

  This unit is great. The ground level is fantastic. You can see sand & ocean from most every room. It's really convenient to come up from the beach and leave your chairs, etc on the patio - no elevators to deal with. I have stayed in this unit multiple times. If I had to add a negative it would be that they removed the love seat. There is a sofa, chair and 2 small chairs however, they aren't comfortable or where you can see the tv. It now lacks in comfortable seating for more than 3-4 people.

  Fantastic view of the gulf from convenient ground floor location!
  This condo had everything we needed! Loved the beautiful landscaping and pools! One seemed heated a little. Had to replace tv remote batteries on arrival (instructions for tv would have been nice)and electrical outlets in bathroom not working and 1/2 of other outlets not working but they were quickly fixed. Only other problem was construction materials blocking path to room and close parking to room blocked and my mom can’t walk far easily.

  My wife is a school teacher. We have been coming to The Summerhouse for fall break for years. It is our favorite time of year to be there. Over the years we have vacationed at the Summerhouse two, sometimes three times a year. We love the condos and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only complaint we would have was the TV and internet wasn’t working good Saturday during the college football games.

  Very nice Condo. The mattress in the small bedroom has shown some wear,the first day we noticed big bugs in the kitchen and small bugs everywhere. Told the front desk and they said they would have it sprayed,it never happened

  I love staying here. I used to stay on the west end near past pier park however it is now so congested. This location is perfect, away from all the traffic. The ground floor unit is fantastic! You can see the sand & ocean from most anywhere in the unit. No need to pack a cooler and take to the beach since you are so close to the unit. It is very well stocked with most anything you could need.

  I have stayed in this unit a few times. It is a fantastic location. I love that it is a ground floor unit. You can see the beach & ocean from the kitchen, living room or master suite. You don't have to deal with waiting on the elevator. It is so easy to run up to the unit from the beach. Being on Thomas Dr also keeps you out of all the congestion near Pier Park. The unit is very well stocked with anything you may need.

  This is one of my favorite condos. Everything was great. The unit was clean, convenient, and had a great view. The only downside is that the designated smoking area is right out side the front door of the unit so there are always people smoking right outside your door.

  I have been coming to PCB for many, many years but always stayed on the West End (which has become very congested). This was my first time on Thomas Dr and it will be my new spot. It was perfect! We really enjoyed being on the ground floor with the patio. It made everything so convenient to get to (car, pool & beach). The landscaping is a great buffer between the patio & pool. The unit was very clean, well laid out and perfect stocked. We didn't need anything that wasn't there! I'll definitely try to get this unit again in the future.
