Unit 201A Summerhouse Beach Condo has been fully renovated for comfort, leisure, and fun. The simple airy beach style will make you want to come back. 2 bedrooms, including a master suite, and 2 full baths. It offers stunning beach views from your private balcony, a living room with large sliding glass door offers a breath-taking view of the waves gently crashing on the pure white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach chair service (2 chairs and umbrella) is provided for you free of charge with this unit. Other units may have extra fees for beach chair rentals. This unit is on level 2, so just 2 flights up if you want to avoid an elevator. The stairs are right next to the front door. Surface parking within steps of the building for easy access and unloading. No bridges or parking structures. The unit is stocked with games and puzzles for the family, 3 large screen wall mounted TVs, 4 captain’s chairs on the balcony for morning coffee and evening sunsets. This is an end unit with additional windows to the east to view the sunrise. New high quality sliding glass door and windows. Windows offer quiet when you want it, and easy opening access to the gulf breezes. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances for those that enjoy cooking and entertaining. Kitchen includes an extended counter surface and rotating counter height stools for additional seating. Main bedroom hosts a king size bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom hosts 2 full size beds with an attached bathroom. Both bathrooms fully renovated. Master bath has professionally installed grab bars for additional safety. The pull-out couch has an upgraded queen size memory foam mattress for comfortable sleeping. New (2023) washer and dryer in unit. Unit has new upgraded, high-speed Wi-Fi that will support all your devices and is more than fast enough for all your streaming services. Wi-Fi is available property-wide, but throughout the buildings, lobby, pool areas and even out onto the beach. Listen to your favorite music streaming service while getting your tan on one of the prettiest beaches in the Country. Or, if you prefer shade, lounge under the Gazebo, and enjoy a sno-cone or snack from the on-property concession stand. Available in the Lobby is a high-speed, color-laser printer for those who may need to work while at the beach, or just to print out your tickets to local activities. Our beautifully landscaped courtyard has two pools (one heated in winter), a kiddie pool and a hot tub. Pool tables and game center are in the lobby for your rainy-day entertainment. The Summerhouse offers Tennis, Pickle Ball, Shuffleboard courts for those who want a little activity off the beach. Supplies are available at the front desk. We are within minutes of Treasure Island Marina, where you can enjoy Deep Sea Fishing, Boat Tours, Pontoon Rentals and Shell Island Shuttles.   Check in was smooth. We got in early and our room wasn’t available but they gave us our wristbands and we were able to use the facilities until they called us about an hour and a half later to let us know it was ready (which was still before the 4 pm check in time). The condo is updated and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked every day. It was nice that we were close to the stairs so we could take them if we didn’t want to wait on the elevator. The grounds were clean and maintained and the beach access was easy. We enjoyed sitting on the beach chairs. Would definitely come to summerhouse and if possible the same unit.

  Condo was beautifully upgraded and well stocked!! Great location and very convenient to the beach! We will definitely be back to stay in this particular condo! Our only complaints are NO fault of the owner but the property management....they did not notify us of the elevator being down until 1 hour before check in (the elevator had already been down for a month and I would have packed different) had they notified us in a timely manner. Also, the condo was clean for the most part but the floors had not been mopped and still had hair and rubber bands in corners and under cabinets in bathroom.

  We loved our trip to the Summerhouse and unit 201A was beautiful! The condo was clean, remodeled, had a beautiful view of the pool and beach and easy to access from the stairs. (The elevator was down all week which was our only negative part about the resort, however they did call prior to our arrival to inform us which was excellent customer service!) The summerhouse is near many good restaurants and activities if you want to explore PCB, we loved Pineapple Willy’s! The daily activities at the gazebo were really fun too and we especially enjoyed sitting on our balcony to watch a movie by the pool one night! We will definitely return to this resort and this unit in the future!!

  We stayed 6 nights in 201A. Beautiful bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. The view is amazing. It was just as beautiful as the pictures. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean. Having the washer and dryer was great. the 2 beach chairs were an added bonus. The beach is perfect, not to busy. We will go back for sure! so many fun things to do- Gulf World, Zoo World, Shell Island and more.

  The condo was updated, direct ocean view, fully stocked kitchen. Be sure to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags if staying longer than a couple of days as the initial supply provided may run out. The washer/dryer unit is need of maintenance or replacement. The dryer takes several hours to dry especially towels. More attention also needed in cleaning the floors. The elevator had issues our first day but no other issues after. The condo also comes with 2 complimentary beach chairs and umbrella which is very convenient for going to the beach. It was a wonderful stay with great weather and great views. The sunsets are especially beautiful!

  Great unit. Nothing major to comment on just minor personal things such as old linen that needs to be changed out due to being worn and rough. The wicker carpet in the living room breads little ants and the furniture needs to be replaced, but again..these are about our personal comfort. Our friends stayed in a different unit and felt ours was much better than theirs so our lack of comfort on certain things may not be the next family’s dislikes. The location was great! We didn’t have any issues with traffic in the area and it was the 4th of July weekend and week after. The beach was less crowded in that area as well, definitely better than staying further up Front Beach Road. Overall I would recommend this unit.

  We traveled to PCB for a week long baseball tournament at Panama City Beach Sports Complex. The location was great for traveling to the fields. This location was less crowded and better traffic than some further towards Pier Park. I would highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again.
