This tastefully decorated, 2-bedroom 2-bath condo has all the comforts of home with a Master bedroom including a private master bath, a guest bedroom with its own bathroom, and a fully furnished kitchen set up so you may cook in as well as enjoy the local restaurants. Kitchen includes a breakfast bar as additional seating options or for chatting with family while cooking in! Unit has new upgraded, high-speed Wi-Fi that will support all your devices and is more than fast enough for all your streaming services. Wi-Fi is available property-wide with unified access not only in the unit, but throughout the buildings, lobby, pool areas and even out onto the beach. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas rentals, as well as jet ski and Banana Boat Rentals are available. Listen to your favorite music streaming service while getting your tan on one of the prettiest beaches in the Country. Or, if you prefer shade, lounge under the Gazebo and enjoy a sno-cone or snack from the on-property concession stand.   Great except for climbing stairs. Important equipment such as elevators should have preventative maintenance quarterly. I suspect with discounts and cancellations you could have paid for more than a years worth of PMs. It was especially aggravating when I saw new foliage being planted while I was climbing 9 flights of steps! Use your money wisely. I would only stay again if I was on the 1st or 2dn floors.

  Good. The unit we rented was older but had a good layout, plenty of space, and an adequate balcony for a great view of evening sunsets. It had plenty of washcloths, towels, pillows and bed linens. The kitchen and hallway flooring showed some dings. The kitchen could also use a few hand towels and hot pads. I would suggest replacement of some furnishings. The couch was in very poor condition and some other furnishings showed wear and tear. I placed felt pads on the feet of the dining table, chairs as well as the counter stools. We replaced some light bulbs. The sliding glass doors in the master bedroom had condensation throughout our stay but did not present a problem. We reported it before leaving. The stove was missing a knob for one of the burners and only two of the four worked efficiently. It was also reported before leaving.

  Summerhouse was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed live music coming up from the pool area on Sunday night! We didn’t see the activity schedule posted by the elevator in time to enjoy other activities, and the lobby play area looked like fun but we didn’t take advantage of it. Look for units with free beach lounges (ours didn’t have this). We also didn’t get any instruction on wifi connections or check out procedures-we are accustomed to a little notebook in the unit with helpful tips but there wasn’t one. We came for the beach and seafood and left wanting more of both!

  Outside amendities was beautiful and staff was friendly. The unit had sand on the loveseat and recliner when we got there had sand on them. King size bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Door to master bathroom kept getting stuck and a lot of things needed to be updated. Very thankful they kept their prices family friendly. Nice experience and will diffently return!
