Not all vacation rentals are created equal!! We welcome you to enjoy your stay at our recently updated condo where pride of ownership truly shows. This top floor unit offers stunning beach views from your private balcony and panoramic windows in the living room to showcase a breath-taking view of the white sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. Tastefully decorated and freshly painted, this 2bedroom/2 bath unit includes a king size bed in the Master Bedroom along with its own private bathroom. The guest bedroom features both a queen and full size bed with an adjoining bathroom. In addition, should you need it, there is a new Sofa-Sleeper with a queen size memory foam mattress in the living room. Two new recliners will help you to feel right at home when you return from a long day at the beach. While there are plenty of local restaurants nearby to enjoy, there is also a fully furnished kitchen for those times when you feel like staying in. You won’t have to worry about missing a beat when you’re preparing food or drinks at the large breakfast bar! When you’re finished eating you can relax on the balcony, enjoy a cocktail, and take in the breathtaking views of the sunset. Afterwards, fall asleep in your master bedroom listening to the sound of the surf.

Our condo features two beach lounger and umbrella, they are included with your stay on us! New and upgraded, high-speed Wi-Fi that will support all of your devices even when using your streaming services. Wi-Fi is available property-wide with unified access not only in the unit, but throughout the buildings, lobby, pool areas and even out onto the beach. Unit is non-smoking and unfortunately doesn’t allow any pets. Jet Ski and Banana Boat Rentals are available just outside of our beach access. Listen to your favorite music streaming service while getting your tan on one of the prettiest beaches in the Country. Or, if you prefer shade, lounge under the Gazebo and enjoy a Sno-Cone or snack from the on-property concession stand. Available in the Lobby is a high-speed, color-laser printer for those who may need to work while at the beach, or just to print out your tickets to local activities. Our beautifully landscaped courtyard has two pools (one heated), a kiddie pool and a hot tub. Pool tables and game center are in the lobby for your rainy-day entertainment. The Summerhouse offers Tennis and Shuffleboard courts for those who want a little activity off the beach. We are within minutes of Treasure Island Marina, where you can enjoy Deep Sea Fishing, Boat Tours, Pontoon Rentals and Shell Island Shuttles. Gather your family and friends and get ready to host your next vacation, wedding, family reunion or girls/guys getaways! The Summerhouse is also a great place to stay when in town for local events or tournaments. This unit can be your Home-Away-From-Home for you and your family while you take comfort in knowing that Security is on property for your safety.   We came back her because it has plenty of room for large groups to gather around the pool area and on the beach. It is also a convenient location away from most of the traffic on PCB. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

  We were pleased with the condo. It could have been a little cleaner. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. There were some empty water bottles under the bed that should have been picked up when cleaning after the last guest. We couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work in the living room. The fitted sheet in the 2nd bedroom did not fit the bed. It must have been a full sheet on the queen bed . No problems that affected our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.

  when I checked in the keys would not work.The ice maker was not working and the thermostat could not be set below 70. got new keys and they fied the ice maker the 2nd day and never got the thermostat fied and for all that went wrong they just made excuses

  Only problem we had was elevator didn't work one day. We heard from guest this is a reoccurring problem. We were on top floor, 11th. Not ideal when you have luggage and groceries to take to your condo.

  We loved the remodel of 1108B! The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes etc. The Summerhouse property was clean and well maintained. The additional umbrellas/chairs around the pools was a great addition as well as the music featured on Sunday and Wednesday nights! There are several very nice restaurants close by and plenty of shopping options available as well. Our overall stay was very nice and would definitely stay there again.

  The condo was nice, but the door lock wasn’t functioning properly. We were locked out of the unit multiple times. We had maintenance come to repair it multiple times, but it never worked as intended before our stay ended. Once maintenance worked on it, it was incredibly hard to lock the door. I was the one continuously following up with the property management company. They were not checking on me. It was a big hassle for a safety issue.

  Location of the unit was very good. Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner were a nice touch. However, living room TV never worked. Spoke with 3 different people at the front desk. Said they would send maintenance and that never happened the entire time we were there. Also, in this particular unit, the master bedroom area rug desperately needs shampooed or replaced; very dirty.
