This Summerhouse Beach Condo offers stunning beach views from your private balcony, a living room with large sliding glass door offers a breath-taking view of the waves gently crashing on the pure white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Fall asleep in your master bedroom listening to the sound of the surf after a day at the beach and taking in the breath-taking views of sunset. This tastefully decorated, 2-bedroom 2-bath condo has all the comforts of home with a Master bedroom including a private master bath, a guest bedroom with its own bathroom, and a fully furnished kitchen set up so you may cook in as well as enjoy the local restaurants. Kitchen includes a breakfast bar as additional seating options or for chatting with family while cooking in! Unit has new upgraded, high-speed Wi-Fi that will support all your devices and is more than fast enough for all your streaming services. Wi-Fi is available property-wide with unified access not only in the unit, but throughout the buildings, lobby, pool areas and even out onto the beach. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas rentals, as well as jet ski and Banana Boat Rentals are available. Listen to your favorite music streaming service while getting your tan on one of the prettiest beaches in the Country. Or, if you prefer shade, lounge under the Gazebo and enjoy a sno-cone or snack from the on-property concession stand. Available in the Lobby is a high-speed, color-laser printer for those who may need to work while at the beach, or just to print out your tickets to local activities. Our beautifully landscaped courtyard has two pools (one heated), a kiddie pool and a hot tub. Pool tables and game center are in the lobby for your rainy-day entertainment. The Summerhouse offers Tennis and Shuffleboard courts for those who want a little activity off the beach.   My room was on the top floor so the view was amazing from the living room and my bedroom! The chairs on the balcony were great for morning coffee and watching the waves. The master room and closet/bathroom space were big with plenty of space for putting our clothes. The dining table gave plenty of space for everyone to eat and the kitchen provided all the essentials. The grills were a great benefit also as everything was provided since it was propane. The beach chairs that came with the condo were amazing as well and the guys were very friendly and helpful also. There were different activities each night/day which was great for the kids, which they enjoyed greatly! The games in the lobby were great too as each of the kids won a stuffed animal easily unlike the ones like at walmart. We all had a great time and would enjoy staying again!

  This was our second year staying at The Summerhouse. This year we stayed in condo 1113C. We enjoyed the condo itself a lot!! We had five guests total and we had plenty of room. Everything in the condo worked great. We also enjoyed the activities that The Summerhouse did each night of the week for the kids. For example, one night they did a movie night by the pool, one day was face painting, and one night they had karaoke. We enjoy the family atmosphere of the Summerhouse. The check in process is usually a little hectic, and I thought we had dodged that this visit. However, we were checked in at the lobby with no issues and when we went up to our room the cleaning crew had just started cleaning so we waited about 30 minutes just outside of the room on it to be finished being cleaned, and we didn't check in early. For the price of the stay I do feel like the facility needs a lot of maintenance and needs some updating. For example, the gazebo needed repairing and the elevators kept messing up. I would stay here again but I would like to see more updates around the facility and a better check in process.
