This Summerhouse Beach Condo offers stunning beach views from your private balcony, a living room with large sliding glass door offers a breath-taking view of the waves gently crashing on the pure white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Fall asleep in your master bedroom listening to the sound of the surf after a day at the beach and taking in the breath-taking views of sunset. This tastefully decorated, 2-bedroom 2-bath condo has all the comforts of home with a Master bedroom including a private master bath, a guest bedroom with its own bathroom, and a fully furnished kitchen set up so you may cook in as well as enjoy the local restaurants. Kitchen includes a breakfast bar as additional seating options or for chatting with family while cooking in! Unit has new upgraded, high-speed Wi-Fi that will support all your devices and is more than fast enough for all your streaming services. Wi-Fi is available property-wide with unified access not only in the unit, but throughout the buildings, lobby, pool areas and even out onto the beach. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas rentals, as well as jet ski and Banana Boat Rentals are available. Listen to your favorite music streaming service while getting your tan on one of the prettiest beaches in the Country. Or, if you prefer shade, lounge under the Gazebo and enjoy a sno-cone or snack from the on-property concession stand. Available in the Lobby is a high-speed, color-laser printer for those who may need to work while at the beach, or just to print out your tickets to local activities. Our beautifully landscaped courtyard has two pools (one heated), a kiddie pool and a hot tub. Pool tables and game center are in the lobby for your rainy-day entertainment. The Summerhouse offers Tennis and Shuffleboard courts for those who want a little activity off the beach.   Great place to stay! Summerhouse is located on the best strip of beach in Panama in my opinion. There condos are also very clean and neat. The staff are always great and we never have a problem.

  The condo was very nice. We loved the space we had with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and especially loved the balcony with the perfect view. The condo had all the extra amenities we needed such as a full kitchen with every kitchen gadget you could imagine. We were able to prepare full meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) during our stay. We also LOVED that the room came with 2 beach chair rentals.
  
  We did have a huge issue with the air conditioner. Everyday it would get up to 80 plus degrees in the room. We went to the front desk the first day and they sent maintenance. It was fixed for that one night. After that the second night it got up to 88 degrees. We called again and they said they would send someone and they never did. The entire week we were there it stayed in the 80s and maintenance never came back even after calling several times. We had a baby with us and she stayed in the room with a parent most of the visit and ended up with a heat rash all over her little body.
  
  Check in was not great. We did arrive early (noon) after being on the road all night. The staff stated that our room would be ready shortly and we could wait. The room was not ready until 3:45pm. I understand that early check in is an option and nor guaranteed but we would have went on with our other plans had the lady not told us it would be soon. We had already unpacked our vehicle and had our cart that we could not leave.
  
  We did enjoy the nightly/daily activities, the swimming pools and the few arcade style games that they had.
  
  Security was not great. We saw several people in and out of the pool area without bracelets. We also saw several people at the pool with glass bottles and nothing was ever said even after one broke. Security did step in at one point when my in-laws were down stairs and some teenage kids were throwing bottles off the 11th floor.
  
  Overall we would love to make room 1114C our dedicated room for yearly vacations IF the air could

  Our unit was good except for 2 things we only had one burner working on the stove top. In the master bedroom closet was a pair of underwear. Other than those issues everything was good and we will be back next year.
