This Summerhouse Beach Condo offers stunning beach views from your private balcony, a living room with large sliding glass door offers a breath-taking view of the waves gently crashing on the pure white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Fall asleep in your master bedroom listening to the sound of the surf after a day at the beach and taking in the breath-taking views of sunset. This tastefully decorated, 2-bedroom 2-bath condo has all the comforts of home with a Master bedroom including a private master bath, a guest bedroom with its own bathroom, and a fully furnished kitchen set up so you may cook in as well as enjoy the local restaurants. Kitchen includes a breakfast bar as additional seating options or for chatting with family while cooking in! Unit has new upgraded, high-speed Wi-Fi that will support all your devices and is more than fast enough for all your streaming services. Wi-Fi is available property-wide with unified access not only in the unit, but throughout the buildings, lobby, pool areas and even out onto the beach. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas rentals, as well as jet ski and Banana Boat Rentals are available. Listen to your favorite music streaming service while getting your tan on one of the prettiest beaches in the Country. Or, if you prefer shade, lounge under the Gazebo and enjoy a sno-cone or snack from the on-property concession stand. Available in the Lobby is a high-speed, color-laser printer for those who may need to work while at the beach, or just to print out your tickets to local activities. Our beautifully landscaped courtyard has two pools (one heated), a kiddie pool and a hot tub. Pool tables and game center are in the lobby for your rainy-day entertainment. The Summerhouse offers Tennis and Shuffleboard courts for those who want a little activity off the beach.   This was the 1st time I have stayed at the summerhouse. It was a very good experience, I would stay here again. The refrigerator, store and microwave we very out dated and took a few minutes to figure out how to work stove and microwave from the 70' but me managed.

  Wonderful! I have stayed at Summerhouse before and I will stay there again!! Our ONLY issue was the light was out in the small restroom and could not be fixed - they tried twice!! Fast response to calls and very professional when coming into the condo!

  I loved meeting all of the new people. However, the staff are clueless to each other's actions. Trying to contract for the next year was a joke. Elevators out of commission, which has been on going for YEARS, shows that there is a total disconnect between maintenance and condition of condos.

  This year was one of many we have spent with Summerhouse, made even better by the staff!!!!! My Mother’s birthday trip was exactly like she said she wanted to spend it! I on the other hand had wonderful experience with the staff treating me special due to a disability. From front desk Ladies helping me, to housekeeping! Then when I returned home I had left a tiny pill keeper I put in my purse. I looked everywhere, then I remembered I left it on the dresser. I called back down talked to front desk and immediately she called housekeeping. Needless to say my little case is being shipped to me. Easily something like that could just be tossed away or whatever. But this is the care I have always received from Summerhouse! Thank you so much!

  I believe the last time the room was remodeled was the 80s, quite impressive the antique stove microwave combo still works 😂 sliding glass doors are quite dangerous my arm slipped and slammed into the frame, super hard to open, and same goes for the shutters, most were broken and smashed a few fingers. Carpet is disgusting.... but I got it for the balcony wrap and the sunset view. That which was amazing

  The view was unbelievable. First time we stayed in a wrap unit. Will rent a wrap unit again but not this one. It was just out dated and the kitchen floor was chiped in places and we had to out light bulbs in the master bathroom cause it was too dark. Some other minor stuff but the view and that we love staying at the Summerhouse we try not to let it bother us too much. Plus we stay out more than we stayed in the unit. But have loved all the other times we stayed at the Summerhouse.
