This Summerhouse Beach Condo offers stunning beach views from your private balcony, a living room with large sliding glass door offers a breath-taking view of the waves gently crashing on the pure white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit include Beach Chairs/Umbrella. Fall asleep in your master bedroom listening to the sound of the surf after a day at the beach and taking in the breath-taking views of sunset. This tastefully decorated, 2-bedroom 2-bath condo has all the comforts of home with a Master bedroom including a private master bath, a guest bedroom with its own bathroom, and a fully furnished kitchen set up so you may cook in as well as enjoy the local restaurants. Kitchen includes a breakfast bar as additional seating options or for chatting with family while cooking in! Unit has new upgraded, high-speed Wi-Fi that will support all your devices and is more than fast enough for all your streaming services. Wi-Fi is available property-wide with unified access not only in the unit, but throughout the buildings, lobby, pool areas and even out onto the beach. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas rentals, as well as jet ski and Banana Boat Rentals are available. Listen to your favorite music streaming service while getting your tan on one of the prettiest beaches in the Country. Or, if you prefer shade, lounge under the Gazebo and enjoy a sno-cone or snack from the on-property concession stand. Available in the Lobby is a high-speed, color-laser printer for those who may need to work while at the beach, or just to print out your tickets to local activities. Our beautifully landscaped courtyard has two pools (one heated), a kiddie pool and a hot tub. Pool tables and game center are in the lobby for your rainy-day entertainment. The Summerhouse offers Tennis and Shuffleboard courts for those who want a little activity off the beach. We are within minutes of Treasure Island Marina, where you can enjoy Deep Sea Fishing, Boat Tours, Pontoon Rentals and Shell Island Shuttles.   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 607B. This unit was very clean and organized, and had an amazing view! The owners of this unit did a great job of filling the kitchen with all the dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and small appliances to make preparing meals in the room easy. They even have a cabinet with books and games for your enjoyment. The view was amazing. I loved sitting on the balcony enjoying each sunset. We love staying at Summerhouse and are looking forward to our next trip!

  We had a nice stay at the Summerhouse..we called maintenance a few times..just minor things..such as several lights needed bulbs..batteries needed for tv remotes..but overall was a nice place..location was great. Some extra blankets in closet needed washed..recent stains on them.

  We spent a week in 607B. The condo was completely upgraded.We've stayed in many places around PCB, Destin, Orange Beach and Dauphin Island, and this place was great! The view from the balconies in the master bedroom and the living room is phenomenal. The beds were really comfy, and everything worked. We will definitely try to book this place again next time we head for the beach. Checking in/out was a breeze, we loved the activities they had under the pavilion, and the complimentary chairs and umbrella kept us from hauling chairs and umbrella to the beach. We also got to use the complimentary gas grills while we were there. Overall this place is very nice and well maintained, walmart is a a couple of miles down the road, there's a gas station/convenience store across the street.

  We enjoyed our late August of 2022 stay at Summerhouse. It is somewhat frustrating with post covid new regulations on condo furnishings. We have found them to be very scant, specifically in the kitchen. Summerhouse does provide some detergent tabs, dish soap and paper towels, but you must remember to bring many of the little things that used to be provided at many condos. I couldn't find trash bags at one point, until I emptied the trash at one point, and saw two extra bags floating in a fishy liquid in the bottom of the garbage can. I had to go wash out the garbage can with the water hose by the grills. When I went to housekeeping to ask for extra bags, I got a not so favorable response from the woman at the desk. Once I made her aware of the situation with the bags that had been provided in the fishy water, she was extremely apologetic and accommodating. That was the only hiccup in our stay, and otherwise, may have been one of the more restful vacations we've had in a long time. We stayed in room 710B, and enjoyed it, however I may prefer the C bldg due to the afternoon sun being so hot as it shines through the sliding glass doors later in the day. However, you do get the nice view of the sunset. We love Summerhouse for the pool area with the gazebo and will continue to choose this as our preferred beach spot on the quiet end of town.

  After not visiting PCB in 10 years, we were a bit skeptical of going back given some of the recent news reports. However, this condo and resort are nothing short of phenomenal! The resort is perfectly and closely located to any of the fine restaurants, attractions and anything you would want to do in the PCB or surrounding areas. 607B is conveniently located for not only great views of the beach, but it also provides great views of the pools and recreational area. The condo is very clean and consists of everything you need for any length of stay! We will be back soon!
