Kitchen includes a breakfast bar as additional seating options or for chatting with family while cooking in! Unit has new upgraded, high-speed Wi-Fi that will support all your devices and is more than fast enough for all your streaming services. Wi-Fi is available property-wide with unified access not only in the unit, but throughout the buildings, lobby, pool areas and even out onto the beach. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas rentals, as well as jet ski and Banana Boat Rentals are available.   We have stayed at the Sunmerhouse for probably 20 years. The unit was very nice. The master bed is a firm king and slept very well. However, family members who slept in the second bedroom said the mattresses were horrible - worn out. Two very comfortable recliner/rockers in the living room. Nice table & chairs for meals. The unit was spotless when we arrived. Nice appliances in the kitchen, fridge has an ice maker. Kitchen was well stocked. Even had a crock pot. Beautiful decor. The people in the unit above us were very disturbing. The sliding door was very heavy
  and we heard it every time they opened and closed it - which was a lot. Starting before 7:00 every morning until after midnight every night. In and out all day long. We called Management and they worked on it. Did not help. Just a heavy slider. Not sure anything can be done, but to their credit, they did try. Will definitely stay at SH again-just not in this Unit.

  Lovely vacation with my girls and myself. View was gorgeous, condo was lovely and clean with everything we needed. Xtra towels would've been helpful though, as 6 girls generally use a hair and body towel each time they shower, so we had to use beach towels we brought from home and wash towels daily just to keep up! Otherwise, I would recommend and stay in this unit again on a future trip! Would've given a 5 for satisfaction of stay and property, had it not been for the elevator still not working and 6 flights of stairs multiple times a day usually carrying something!
