This Summerhouse Beach Condo offers stunning beach views from your private balcony, a living room with large sliding glass door offers a breath-taking view of the waves gently crashing on the pure white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This tastefully decorated, 2-bedroom 2-bath condo has all the comforts of home with a Master bedroom including a private master bath, a guest bedroom with its own bathroom, and a fully furnished kitchen set up so you may cook in as well as enjoy the local restaurants. Kitchen includes a breakfast bar as additional seating options or for chatting with family while cooking in! Unit has new upgraded, high-speed Wi-Fi that will support all your devices and is more than fast enough for all your streaming services. Wi-Fi is available property-wide with unified access not only in the unit, but throughout the buildings, lobby, pool areas and even out onto the beach. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas rentals, as well as jet ski and Banana Boat Rentals are available. Listen to your favorite music streaming service while getting your tan on one of the prettiest beaches in the Country. Or, if you prefer shade, lounge under the Gazebo and enjoy a sno-cone or snack from the on-property concession stand. Available in the Lobby is a high-speed, color-laser printer for those who may need to work while at the beach, or just to print out your tickets to local activities. Our beautifully landscaped courtyard has two pools (one heated), a kiddie pool and a hot tub. Pool tables and game center are in the lobby for your rainy-day entertainment.   Overall experience starting with Owner Sue to Checkin Staff was very easy and any questions were answered quickly.
  We were extremely happy that our room was ready early so we didn’t miss out on a beautiful, sunny day. This was our 3rd stay with Sue and have always been very happy with her unit. Was clean and had everything we needed to get started. Checkin staff and maintenance was very friendly.
  Complex is clean and we met a lot of nice people. We will definitely be back.

  Sue was very easy to work with. Summerhouse employees were kind and helpful from office staff to maintenance staff. We even got into condo a little early which was nice.
  Upon entering the unit we were very impressed and knew it was going to be a good week. Unit is very tastefully decorated and was clean. Had enough paper products and soaps to get us started. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything anyone would need with pots, pans, toaster, coffee pots -including Keurig and dishes and cups.
  Weather was nice and we met a lot of nice people around the pool.
  We asked about staying in this unit next February but found it was already booked for next year Jan/Feb. That in itself is a compliment on how nice the unit is. Would definitely come back to this unit and Summerhouse Complex.

  We always have a great time at the Summerhouse. Suggest housekeeper check under the bed for items as we found 2 empty bottles under the bed. Also suggest not disarming the armband until the customer checks out. My daughter wanted to walk to the beach the morning of us leaving but her armband was deactivated.

  I have stayed at the Summerhouse since 2004 except for the year of the hurricane and last year. It is a wonderful place to stay, conveniently located, quiet and filled with many, who have been there since 1985. The staff and those staying are warm and friendly. It is unique.

  Always enjoy staying at Summerhouse. Unit 610 was great. Check-in process very easy, room was clean and ready, owner responsive throughout the entire stay.
  
  Only negative would be this complex currently allows smoking on the balconies, and for a non-smoker, the smell is horrible. I had to move off of my balcony a couple to times because of the unit below me.

    Thank you for your review. You will be happy to know as of March 1st 2022 there will be smoking allowed only in 2 designated areas at the front of building B and C. Smoking will no longer be allowed on balconies or around pool deck! Hopefully we will see you soon!

  3 towels in each bath not enough we used vacation time washing towels. Also used more water to wash towels.
  Pool was clean but not keep as clean as in past years. I have stay at Summerhouse for 20+ year and will stay again.

    Each unit does include a washer and dryer for this purpose. Being a condominium we unfortunately do not have Daily Housekeeping included within guests stays. Each unit is individually owned and capable of vacation rentals daily and nightly throughout the year as you well know. So this does mean all cleaning or washing is done by the guests until your departure. Our apologies on this miscommunication.

  We really loved the location of Summerhouse Condos and for the most part we had a great experience. There were a few issues, but nothing we could not get over. The condo itself had been updated and looked very nice. They had plenty of kitchen stuff to work with. The condo was very comfortable. The only issues we had was that cleaning crew didn’t empty dishwasher and those few dishes were not clean, few dishes in cabinet dirty, master bath toilet leaked at base, and the washer sounded really bad when spinning. Not anything that would keep us from not returning again.

  We visit Panama City Beach annually and have stayed in some very nice condos. This was our first time to stay at Summerhouse and it was a very enjoyable week! We arrived and met the staff as strangers and left as friends.! All the staff were very nice, helpful and pleasant. The condo was very nice clean and comfortable. It was stocked well and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the other guests and loved the fact that the atmosphere at Summerhouse was family oriented. The owner we dealt with,Sue, was very easy to talk to and was eager to make sure our stay would be perfect! We look forward to visiting again.
