This Summerhouse Beach Condo offers stunning beach views from your private balcony, a living room with large sliding glass door offers a breath-taking view of the waves gently crashing on the pure white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Fall asleep in your master bedroom listening to the sound of the surf after a day at the beach and taking in the breath-taking views of sunset. Unit includes Beach Chairs/umbrella. This tastefully decorated, 2-bedroom 2-bath condo has all the comforts of home with a Master bedroom including a private master bath, a guest bedroom with its own bathroom, and a fully furnished kitchen set up so you may cook in as well as enjoy the local restaurants. Kitchen includes a breakfast bar as additional seating options or for chatting with family while cooking in! Unit has new upgraded, high-speed Wi-Fi that will support all your devices and is more than fast enough for all your streaming services. Wi-Fi is available property-wide with unified access not only in the unit, but throughout the buildings, lobby, pool areas and even out onto the beach. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas rentals, as well as jet ski and Banana Boat Rentals are available. Listen to your favorite music streaming service while getting your tan on one of the prettiest beaches in the Country. Or, if you prefer shade, lounge under the Gazebo and enjoy a sno-cone or snack from the on-property concession stand. Available in the Lobby is a high-speed, color-laser printer for those who may need to work while at the beach, or just to print out your tickets to local activities. Our beautifully landscaped courtyard has two pools (one heated), a kiddie pool and a hot tub. Pool tables and game center are in the lobby for your rainy-day entertainment. The Summerhouse offers Tennis and Shuffleboard courts for those who want a little activity off the beach. We are within minutes of Treasure Island Marina, where you can enjoy Deep Sea Fishing, Boat Tours, Pontoon Rentals and Shell Island Shuttles.   We went to Summer House to get married on the beach. We stayed at a 908B condo. The condo was so perfectly decorated and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay!! So many great places to eat and so many activities to do! Highly recommend Summer House. Always clean and always friendly ❤️

  Our rental was very clean and nicely decorated. The resort was also well-maintained and clean. This was my second time staying at Summerhouse. October is the best month at the beach, perfect weather, much quieter and less traffic on Thomas Drive. I only have two issues - 1. Could not figure out the living room TV. Screen said "no signal", so it was not hooked up to internet for streaming capabilities. Made a call to the number suggested, which did not help. The master bedroom TV worked like a charm, so we just watched TV in that room. 2. The door lock/deadbolt (not key card access) needs to be replaced. I locked it the first night and had a very hard time unlocking it the next morning. After several minutes of working with it, pushing and pulling on the door, it unlocked. Didn't use it the rest of the trip. I'll definitely be back to Summerhouse. It's a great place to stay and the office staff is very welcoming and helpful.

  Vacationed at The Summerhouse for many spring breaks back in the mid 2000's and decide to revisit Panama City beach for the Thanksgiving week. It did not disappoint. Property is well maintained and a very comfortable size. Pools were open (one heated, one not). Hot tub was working but needed some was very loud when turned on. The beach was of course fantastic and we visited so many of the restaurants and places we love in the area. Will definitely come back and stay at Summerhouse! Family friendly and located on the quieter end of the beach!

  Myself and 3 girlfriends came down from North Georgia for a 4-day girls getaway. We stayed in 809B, which had recently been renovated. Everything seemed to be relatively new except for the dishwasher, which had a note that the soap dispenser did not work and to put the detergent directly in the washer. I would stay in this unit again and would definitely recommend The Summerhouse to friends and family.
  We checked in after business hours and the security guard could not have been nicer and excited to see us. The daytime front desk staff was super nice as well.
