This tastefully decorated, 2-bedroom 2-bath condo has all the comforts of home with a Master bedroom including a private master bath, a guest bedroom with its own bathroom, and a fully furnished kitchen set up so you may cook in as well as enjoy the local restaurants. Kitchen includes a breakfast bar as additional seating options or for chatting with family while cooking in! Unit has new upgraded, high-speed Wi-Fi that will support all your devices and is more than fast enough for all your streaming services. Wi-Fi is available property-wide with unified access not only in the unit, but throughout the buildings, lobby, pool areas and even out onto the beach. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas rentals, as well as jet ski and Banana Boat Rentals are available. Listen to your favorite music streaming service while getting your tan on one of the prettiest beaches in the Country. Or, if you prefer shade, lounge under the Gazebo and enjoy a sno-cone or snack from the on-property concession stand. Available in the Lobby is a high-speed, color-laser printer for those who may need to work while at the beach, or just to print out your tickets to local activities. Our beautifully landscaped courtyard has two pools (one heated), a kiddie pool and a hot tub. Pool tables and game center are in the lobby for your rainy-day entertainment.   My grandparents owned this unit for almost 20 years. It holds a special place near and dear to my heart and I refuse to stay anywhere else. It has been home away from home since I was a baby. For my 27th birthday this past week I wanted to come back to this special place with my mom. We had the best girls trip. The unit was just as clean and comfy as I remembered it. Truly, our one and only home away from home. Thank you Summerhouse and current owners of the unit for keeping it as perfect as it has always been. We will be back very soon!

  A Frequent guest of summerhouse this time was a little off my usual wonderful stay . I frequent the gazebo and although repairs are necessary much of the area was closed off due to that, plus a large vending bar not much gazebo room was left for chairs. The TV situation I’m sure is up to date however difficult for me since I don’t have any of the offered services, and am confused on using it, my issue I guess... the toilet was slow flushing I avoided flushing much paper for fear of clog . The age of guest this visit was 65, 76, & 83 grab bars in the tub & shower was much needed ... overall a good visit
